West Room Update

Gentleman:

The plaques are up on the wall in West Room. Connie great job in getting this done so quickly. If you did not see it yet stop by it is truly amazing and we now have a place to show our accomplishments.

I talked to Father Ray last night and he said he would bless the wall for us.

The timing may be in the summer as Father said that Spring time he has appointments on Thursdays with Weddings all ready scheduled. I feel it would mean more if we had the blessing done before a general business meeting.

I just want to say Thank you Father Ray for giving the permission to hang the plaques and doing the blessing.

Thursday, March 29th Update

Brothers

1) Connie said the plaques are up on the wall in the West Room. Picture to follow. He has also ordered a plaque listing all our past Grand Knights. Thanks for the fast work on getting this done Connie. Take a look when you get a chance. This has been a long time coming and we now have a permanent home to show our achievements as a Council and as a ministry of St. Paul The Apostle.

2) Our area in the Storage room at the chuch has been cleaned up and organized. Lets all try to keep it clean moving forward.

3) Last night Joe, Connie and I I attended the 4th Degree meeting at Mary Town. Joe will report on the meeting and its topics. But I feel as Brother Knights the word needs to be put out early that the following is happening.

A) The dues for the Assembly will be voted on to be increased the reason is to help off set the cost of the Bibles and Chalices the Assembly buys when a Brother Knight passes. Having attended a few of the services where the Bible and Chalice is given to the family this is an emotional gift and one we can not let pass as the price of gold increase. The vote will be on May 30, 2012.

B) Both Joe and Connie are running for officers of the assembly, We need all the 4th Degree Members at the meeting on May, 30 2012 to vote on the slate. Be there in support of your Brothers.

Last but not least the Fish Fry is on Friday set up at noon and start time is 4:30 PM. With end of the month and Quarter I will not be there till later so have a great time. Joe Great Work and Welcome Pete as the new Chairman of the Fish Frys in 2013.

Friday Fish Fry set up

1. I saw Joe tonight on 30/28/2012and he asked any of you that can help set up for the fish fry on Friday. Please be at St. Paul lower level by 12:00 Noon.
